As a business activity, ‘Performing Work in Sanitary Facilities’ is not regulated in the Republic of Cyprus and, therefore, a specific licence does not exist for this particular activity. Hence, no information is provided on the subject through the PSC Cyprus, neither for “Establishment of Business” purposes nor for the “Occasional and Temporary Cross-Border Provision of Services”.

This kind of work is not to be confused with any other works included as part of a “building project”, which are regulated, such as “every preliminary or preparatory work including building or construction work for electrical, plumbing installations, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply, sewage or other complementary work of a building (and the term “building works” shall be construed respectively).”
